Subject: RE: calf failed me

Forgot to mention, al was on the money with his diagnosis-
strained plantaris muscle. I've called to start some physical therapy-
hopefully I can get an appt. this week.

Although my run on Saturday did not go so well (only did 5K), I was able
to run 45' on the treadmill this morning relatively pain free.

Thanks again,

D.R.

I went to PT school with "The Injury Guy". Though I was in the class ahead of him, I found myself going to him for advice on treatment and management of sports injuries. He is very informative and passionate about his work and he really knows his stuff. I would definitely recommend him to anyone suffering from a sports injury.

“The Injury Guy saved my Spring Marathon for me this year! I had really bad knee pain two weeks out and he helped me manage the pain so I could do the race. He really knows his stuff!”

“After several weeks of knee pain I contacted The Injury Guy for some help. He listened to what I had to say, took my lifestyle into consideration and recommended some simple treatments I could do at home. Within 2-weeks I was back to running and feeling great. Thanks Injury Guy! ”

“I have been having recurrent calf strains for almost 9-months while running. I was in NYC for business last month and The Injury Guy met me at my hotel fitness center and did an amazing running evaluation. He then gave me some great injury advice and then emailed me the videos with a voice analysis soundtrack! I took it to a running coach where I live in SF and now I am doing much better!”
